2. You digitally sign the installment land contract (you will receive an email invite)
3. When payments are complete, we complete the deed
After you submit the down payment, you will receive an email invite to digitally sign the installment land contract, this also has information regarding automatic payments. You are free to use the property in accordance with the contract (example contract available upon request). Once all payments have been made, we will send you an e-recorded deed within 30 days.

3. We complete a deed then e-record it with the county
After payment is made, you will receive an email invite to digitally sign a purchase agreement. We will generate a deed and email you an e-recorded copy by email within two weeks. If full payment is not made at the initial checkout, you'll receive a secure link to pay the remaining balance within 3 business days.
